Morgann Fangman, PLMHP, PCMSW
Morgann joined Heartland in January 2024 as a rural school-based therapist. Morgann works with Kindergarten through 12th grade students in Summerland and Chambers Public Schools. Morgann graduated with a master’s in social work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Morgann grew up in rural Nebraska and is passionate about advocating for mental health support and access. In her free time, Morgann enjoys being active, reading, and playing with her black lab, Scout.
