Jasmine Luckow, CPSS
Jasmine began as our Youth Peer Support Specialist in the South Sioux office and moved to working as a CYPSS specifically with school youth in the Fall of 2023. She became certified as Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) in May 2021. Jasmine is from Des Moines, where she previously worked in a Residential Youth Facility. Jasmine has been with Heartland since December 2020.
