This program provides wraparound services to adults 19 and older that are Nebraska residents that may be struggling with severe persistent mental illness or substance abuse issues.

Heartland Counseling Services, Inc. provides school mental health counseling to schools that fall within the Nebraska regions that we serve.

Heartland's team of licensed therapists are here to help you with any of your addictions. The first step to addressing any of your addictions and/or other mental health challenges is to come to Heartland's Open Access Hours during the scheduled hours.
