Heartland Counseling Services, Inc. is a host site for tele-psychiatry with Richard Young Outpatient Clinic (RYOC) in Kearney, Nebraska. Consumers receive their medication management with medical providers from RYOC. Our care coordinator checks in consumers, does their vitals, faxes over to RYOC and then the provider meets with the client via web. Tele-psychiatry is done in the O’Neill and SSC offices.
